2. Description of Services

Rings, Bells & Bliss provides wedding officiant services for couples planning wedding ceremonies in St. Petersburg, Florida, and other agreed service locations.

Depending on current availability and the services offered, ceremony options may include:

Personalized wedding ceremonies

Intimate wedding ceremonies

Elopement ceremonies

Beach wedding ceremonies

Other ceremony options individually agreed upon with the client

The availability, scope, pricing, and inclusions of any service will be determined by the package information and applicable written agreement.

The appearance of a service on our website does not guarantee availability for a specific date, time, or location.

3. Wedding Inquiries and Booking Requests

Submitting an inquiry, contact form, appointment request, or preferred wedding date through our website does not automatically create a confirmed wedding ceremony booking.

Requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Rings, Bells & Bliss.

A wedding date or service is considered reserved only when the applicable booking requirements have been satisfied and the reservation has been expressly confirmed.

Any required signed agreement, deposit, or payment obligation will be communicated during the booking process.

Please do not assume that your date has been secured solely because you submitted an inquiry or received an automated acknowledgment.

4. Wedding Packages and Pricing

Wedding packages, service descriptions, and advertised prices are provided for general informational purposes.

Specific package inclusions, ceremony customization, travel arrangements, rehearsal availability, and additional charges will be confirmed before booking.

Prices may vary based on the selected service, ceremony location, scheduling requirements, and agreed arrangements.

Any applicable taxes, service fees, or additional charges will be disclosed as required before the customer becomes obligated to pay.

If a package quotation or written agreement contains specific pricing terms, those terms will govern the applicable booking.

5. Payments and Deposits

Payment amounts, due dates, accepted payment methods, and any applicable deposit requirements will be specified in the relevant booking confirmation, invoice, or written service agreement.

Customers are responsible for making agreed payments according to those terms.

We will not impose an undisclosed fee or retroactively change the terms of a confirmed purchase except as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

If an invoice or payment link is provided through a third-party payment processor, that provider's applicable payment-processing terms may also apply.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

We understand that wedding plans may change.

Cancellation requests, changes to ceremony dates, and rescheduling requests should be communicated as promptly as possible.

The cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and deposit terms applicable to a confirmed wedding booking will be stated in the corresponding written service agreement or booking terms.

Any request to move a ceremony to another date is subject to availability and any applicable agreed conditions.

Refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable agreement and governing law.

If no cancellation or refund term was disclosed and agreed upon for a particular service, the parties' rights will be determined by the applicable agreement and law rather than by an undisclosed website policy.

7. Ceremony Locations and Outdoor Events

Clients are responsible for providing accurate ceremony information, including the date, scheduled time, location, and relevant venue details.

For outdoor ceremonies, including beach weddings, weather, accessibility, local rules, permits, and venue requirements may affect the planned event.

Responsibility for securing any required venue permission, location authorization, or ceremony-related permit will be determined by the arrangements agreed upon with the client.

If conditions make a ceremony unsafe or impracticable, we will communicate with the client to discuss available options under the applicable service agreement.

Alternative dates, locations, or arrangements are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

8. Marriage License and Legal Requirements

Couples are responsible for ensuring that they satisfy the legal requirements applicable to their marriage, including obtaining a valid marriage license and providing any required identification or documentation.
